Bourbon Community Hospital Sponsors Free Admission for Paris Independent Schools Students at Athletic Events

PARIS, Ky. (October 2, 2025) -- Bourbon Community Hospital is pleased to announce that it will cover admission costs for all Paris Independent Schools students to attend home athletic events. Through this corporate sponsorship, every student enrolled in Paris Independent Schools will receive free entry to games such as football, basketball, baseball and other home contests.

This new initiative is aimed at fostering greater school spirit, encouraging community involvement and removing financial barriers that sometimes prevent students from supporting their classmates in person.

“We believe athletics and school events are an important part of student life and community identity,” said Tommy Haggard, CEO of Bourbon Community Hospital. “By eliminating the financial barrier to games, we hope more students will come out and support their peers, feel a stronger sense of belonging and take pride in their schools and community.”
