Donna Davis
is a native of Bourbon County, and we’re so proud to have
her leading our nursing staff. Meet and get to know Donna,

Oscar Perez, MD, Family Practice, has
been in Paris and Bourbon County since 1999. Originally from
Texas, he thinks Paris is the best place in the world! Get to know

Judge Don Foley
works to make Bourbon County
a great place for all its residents – he also has a green
thumb!
A Paris native, he and wife Jeanne reared their three
children in Bourbon County.
